The idea for our pharmacy began out of a desire to try and replicate the pharmacy of yesteryear. Raise your hand if you have a memory of a small-town pharmacy where the people that worked there knew your name. Where your mama let you get a bottle of Coke if you could go 5 minutes without hitting your sister. Where you knew that you weren’t just another customer, you were part of a family.

That’s the vision local residents Ford Mundy and Heath Wray had when they opened Saver Express Pharmacy in 2017. We believe that big is not necessarily better when it comes to which pharmacy you use. At our pharmacy, you’ll never get lost in the bustle or constant turnover that plagues some of the big-box chain stores. We desire to get to know you on a personal level, and to play a vital role in your health and well-being. Our pharmacist and staff are patients too, so we know the value of friendly, efficient service. And if the nostalgia and friendly environment aren’t enough to convince you, swing by and enjoy a milkshake, root beer float, or an ice cream cone made with Blue Bell ice cream. If you are tired of trying to deal with the chain pharmacies, or if you just like the idea of slowing things down a bit….then we might just be the pharmacy for you.
